Replacing the Hanna Auto doser controller

Power off Hanna Controller.

1. Remove chemical tank tubing. Unscrew the retaining nut, slide it down the tubing, and pull to disconnect.

2. Remove the 4 screws holding the Hanna controller to the tub.

3. Remove the rear panel on the back of the controller.

4. Remove current wiring, Install wiring for the - HANNA AC POWER CABLE, 3 PIN, and HANNA Data  CABLE, 10 PIN

5. Connect Hanna power cable to “Y” splitter, (Red Circle) then connect to Ac Input on the PCBA Board. Auto doser "Y" Splitter

6. Mount controller to the side of the tub.

7. Reconnect chemical tank tubing. Connect tubing to nipple, slide retaining nut over the tubing, screw on to lock the tubing in place.

6. Power on the Hanna Controller.
