Evolve Pro Cover Removal

Materials Needed:

• 4mm Hex Driver

Caution: The Pro Chiller weighs 90 lbs, handle with care to avoid harming yourself or others. This procedure is best done with two people.

Instructions

Remove Cover Bolts

• Disconnect the chiller from your tub set up. Move the chiller to a flat and open location and tighten the filter lid
• Lay the chiller on its back side (away from the display)
• Using the 4mm Hex Driver, unscrew marked bolts by turning them counterclockwise
• Once all 10 bolts are removed, lift the chiller back onto its base by grabbing the lid of the filter housing and gently supporting the back. The cover is now loose, do not use it to lift the chiller.

Unplug the Display

• Using the handles, gently lift the cover up 4-5 inches.
• Take note of what direction the ribbon cable is plugged in, it is direction specific and will be important when putting the chiller back together.
• Reach into the cover through the top where the filter housing hole is, and unplug the display. This is done by pushing the tabs holding the ribbon cable outward.

• The cover is now free to remove
