The steps and videos below show replacing the AB Union that connects to the Heat Exchanger to Jet Manifold. These same steps can be applied to the AB Union that connects to the Drain to Pump Manifold.

Cut Underneath Plumbing
Take the tube cutters and cut the underneath plumbing as far back as you can reach under the tub.
Glue Coupler to Underneath Plumbing
Apply Weld On Glue liberally to the end of the flex hose of the underneath plumbing and the inside of the coupler
Slide and twist the coupler onto the flex hose. Once fully seated, give another twist.
NOTE: Twisting gives the glue a solid seal.
Glue Flex Hose into A/B Union
Locate the 6" of flex hose and the A/B Union that came in the kit.
Apply Weld On Glue liberally to the end of the flex hose and inside the A/B union.
Slide and twist the flex hose into the A/B union. Once fully seated, give another twist.
Attach the A/B union to the Heat Exchanger to Tub Manifold
NOTE: Twisting gives the glue a solid seal.
Measure & Cut Flex Hose
Move the chiller into place by slide the frame bolts into the holes on the chiller base.
Take a sharpie and make a mark on the flex hose where it intersects with the middle of the coupler.
Remove the A/B union from the Heat Exchanger to Tub Manifold
Cut the flex hose where the mark was made.
Glue A/B Union Flex Hose into Coupler
Apply Weld On Glue liberally to the end of the flex hose and inside the coupler
Slide and twist the flex hose into the coupler. Once fully seated, give another twist.
NOTE: Let sit for 2 minutes to fully dry before moving onto the next step.
Attach Heat Exchanger to Tub Manifold to Underneath Plumbing
Slide the chiller back towards the mounting bolts and as you do see when the underneath plumbing A/B union lines up with the Heat Exchanger to Tub Manifold
Once the manifold lines up with the A/B union start to thread the union onto the manifold
Screw the manifold until it is fully seated and tight.
